What’s Happening in March

Did you know March is Social Services Appreciation Month? Our Social Services Director here at Hardinsburg Nursing and Rehab is Destani Jones. Destani has worked here for 6 years. She has served as an Activity Assistant, Activity Director and now Social Services Director. She is also a certified CNA, you may see her helping out on the floor from time to time! Destani’s Office is now located on East Hall directly next to the Nurses Station. Residents and family members will be hearing from Destani when she sets up your care plan meetings and works with you on the discharge process if you plan to return back home! Thank you Destani for all your hard work, we appreciate you! March 30th is Doctors Day! As most of you know our Medical Director here at Hardinsburg Nursing and Rehabilitation is Dr. Saagar Patel! He does an excellent job here and we are very fortunate to have him as part of our team! We also have a few other doctors in our community that round here at the facility as well, Dr. Sudha Patel, Dr. Surya Patel, Dr. Ben Smith, Dr. Brian O’Donoghue and Nurse Practitioner Marinetta Vanhlahr! Thank you all for taking exceptional care of our residents! Lastly March is Saint Patty’s Day!! We are looking forward to our St. Patty’s Celebration on Saturday, March 17th!
