The patient was admitted to Hardinsburg Nursing and Rehab for therapy and nursing care following a hospital stay. The patient received Physical and Occupational Therapy. The resident is returning home after 4 weeks of therapy. The resident stated, “Everyone has been very nice and caring. Therapy has helped to improve the strength in my legs. I appreciate everyone who has worked with me during my stay. I look forward to returning home and plan to continue with my hobbies of working puzzles and reading.”
