Success Story

Laverne G. was admitted to Hardinsburg Nursing and Rehab following a hospital stay. She received therapy and wound care during her stay. Resident stated that the staff in therapy were patient and persistent and it really helped with her recovery. Resident is returning to her home with home health services. She is looking forward the most to seeing her grandchildren and her dog.
