Employee Spotlight

Terhia has dedicated 15 years to nursing and now proudly serves as our Assistant Director of Nursing. Throughout her career, she has gained experience in several areas including the ER, education, long-term care, and IV infusions — bringing a wide range of knowledge and compassion to our team every day.

The greatest joy in Terhia’s life is her husband, Brad, her children, and being a Mimi to her two sweet grandbabies. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, playing guitar, and spending time outdoors. And if you ask her about future plans — she’ll tell you that having chickens is definitely on the list!

Terhia says her favorite part of her job is the residents. After losing her own grandparents at a young age, she feels a deep connection to those she cares for. Our residents have become like family to her, and she truly loves each and every one of them.
