HAPPY 100TH BIRTHDAY to James McKinley. We had a wonderful birthday party with family and friends from the community. We celebrated with live music, cake, drinks and lots of gifts. Breckinridge County Judge Executive Maurice Lucas read a proclamation naming May 30, 2018 as Mac McKinley day. It was a wonderful event!
