Hardinsburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Announces New Medical Director

We are pleased to announce that effective immediately our new Medical Director is Dr Saagar Patel. Dr Saagar Patel is a graduate of BCHS who completed his college and medical school degrees from the University of Louisville. He is the son of Drs. Surya and Meena Patel. Dr Saagar has practiced with his father since 2011 in their Hardinsburg and Irvington offices. He lives in Hardinsburg with his wife Dr Sudha Patel and two daughters, Shreya and Shree. We are very fortunate to have Dr Patel as a Medical Director and would like to officially welcome him to our team! He will be accepting new patients at our facility that are in need of a new primary care physician. We would also like to thank Dr. Robert Chambliss for his years of service here at Hardinsburg Nursing and Rehabilitation, we appreciate everything you have done for our facility and residents over the years!
