Meet Your New Activities Director!

Most of you have had the pleasure of meeting Breanna Smiley during her time serving as the Activity Assistant. We are happy to announce she has now taken on the role of the Activity Director here at Hardinsburg Nursing and Rehab! She has worked at our facility for 6 years now and been in long term care for 7! We knew she would be a great fit for the Activities Department because of her cheerful attitude and the smile she is always wearing! Breanna loves spending time with her daughter Ruby who is 20 months old, her friends and family! She enjoys being outside, planting flowers and getting her hands dirty. She’s also a great cook! Her goal in her new position is to encourage more resident involvement and to create new activities that connect with each resident! Welcome to your new role Breanna! We will also miss our previous Activities Director Brianna Chism, she did a wonderful job and we are really excited that she will be working on the floor as KMA!! Please congratulate her on her new role here at our facility!
